Aceites Palacio de la Encomienda

Palacio de la Encomienda presses olive oil in the Matarraña comarca, working Empeltre and other native varieties grown on Aragón's ancient olive terraces. The producer sells its extra virgin oils directly under its own name from the mill in La Fresneda, one of the villages whose fortunes were built on olive cultivation.
