Barbóék combines a bookshop with a coffee bar in a renovated former printing works on Schrijnmakersstraat, pouring coffee and tea from local roastery Blanche Dael alongside homemade pastries and soup since opening in 2015. A second branch inside the M Leuven museum on Savoyestraat, added in summer 2022, pairs art books and literary posters with weekend brunch service.
