Barone Ricasoli - Castello di Brolio

The Ricasoli family has farmed the land around Castello di Brolio since 1141, and their ancestor Bettino codified the original Chianti recipe here in the 19th century. The 1,200-hectare estate produces Chianti Classico and Gran Selezione wines plus olive oil and vinegar, with an online shop, osteria and castle tours.
