A bean-to-bar chocolate maker that has run a Caye Caulker shop on Hicaco Street since July 2018, producing bars, truffles, caramels, brownies and cacao drinks from Belizean cacao in its San Pedro facility. A zero-waste approach turns the whole bean into extras like the Tea O Broma cacao-husk tea and chocolate body products.
