Borélis, the Cave de Bonnieux, is a cooperative winery on the route de la gare that describes itself as the oldest cooperative cellar in the Vaucluse. It vinifies AOP Luberon and AOP Ventoux wines and IGP Méditerranée, and modernized in 2011–2012 with new storage and rooftop photovoltaic panels.
