Brostræde IS has scooped ice cream from its narrow lane off Stengade for roughly a century, and still bakes its waffle cones in-house to a family recipe. The kiosk sells organic soft serve, sorbet and ice cream, passing to new owners in 2020 after three generations of the Engelbrecht Nielsen family.
