Brûlerie du Havre de Grâce is a fifth-generation family roasting house trading under its own Cafés Charles Danican and Maison Lemétais brands in a city long known as a historic coffee-import port. The roastery turns over more than two tonnes of beans a day and holds ECOCERT organic certification for part of its range.
