Bruny Island Cheese & Beer Co.

Founded in 2003 by Nick Haddow at Great Bay, this maker produces washed-rind and other artisan cheeses and, since 2016, brews on the same site as Bruny Island Beer Co. Milk comes from its own Glen Huon dairy farm, and the cellar door bakes wood-fired bread to eat alongside the cheese and beer.
