Caborca Boots (Caborca Group)

Luis Torres Muñoz and his two sons opened a six-person boot workshop in León in the 1970s, formally launching production in April 1978 and beginning to export to the United States by 1986. Caborca now runs four León factories turning out roughly 8,000 pairs of cowboy boots a week through a construction process the company documents as more than 200 individual steps.
