Castellare di Castellina

This estate marks each vintage of its Chianti Classico with the image of a different endangered wild bird of the Italian countryside, a signature it has kept for decades. Working with Sangiovese and the local Malvasia Nera, it bottles Chianti Classico, the Super Tuscan I Sodi di San Niccolò, and estate olive oil.
