Chocolaterie Bellanger has operated in Le Mans since the family bought the former Beline chocolate house and relocated there from the Paris region in 1998. Now run by second-generation chocolatier Vianney Bellanger, the workshop makes pralines, tablets, macarons and ice cream across five boutiques in Le Mans, Tours and Laval.
