Confiserie Schuh

Confiserie Schuh has made chocolates and pastries beside the Höhematte in central Interlaken since the end of the 19th century, hand-piping petit fours and pralines alongside its own ice cream. The café still shapes bespoke chocolate pieces to order for weddings and events, the custom work it built its reputation on.
