Copper Horse Coffee Roasters

Co-founded by Jesse Harriott, Kristian Woodall, and Caleb Scott, this small-batch roastery hand-sorts and roasts coffee in 10-to-20-pound batches out of its Ithaca tasting room. The name nods to a copper horse weathervane, and the roastery also runs a subscription program and wholesale accounts.
