Cricova

Carved into a former limestone quarry on Chișinău's northern edge, Cricova has aged wine since 1952 in more than 120 kilometres of underground streets named for the vintages they store. The cellar is known for méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine and a collection vault holding rare pre-war bottles.
