Set inside the former Six Ministries compound of the Nguyễn-dynasty citadel, this workshop sells hand-sewn poem hats (nón bài thơ), lotus-leaf conical hats, painted kites, and paper lotus flowers made on site by resident artisans. Visitors can watch or join the hat-stitching and kite-painting before buying the finished pieces in the same courtyard.
