Cuptorul Moldovencei

Cuptorul Moldovencei grew out of one Bessarabian-born baker's craving for the plăcintă of her childhood into a small family bakery built entirely on that recipe, now with a flagship kitchen and shopfront in Iași. National paper Adevărul traced its origin to a single home oven before word of mouth carried it to multiple Iași neighborhoods.
