Dafermou Winery

Founded in 2007 above the Lefkara valley, this estate farms over 20 grape varieties across three vineyards, blending indigenous Cypriot grapes like Maratheftiko with Syrah, Cabernet Franc, and Chardonnay. Production stays deliberately small to keep quality consistent, and the winery combines modern concrete-and-glass architecture with the stone building traditions of the Lefkara region.
