DANE Wine

Founded by engineer Danford Semwenda and his wife Neema, who planted grapes in Nkulabi village in 2009 following a family grape-growing line that reaches back to the 1970s. The estate presses Chenin Blanc and local Makutupora fruit into sweet reds such as NK Super and Sacramento alongside dry white and red bottlings, sold through agents in Dar es Salaam, Arusha and Mwanza.
