Dino Coffee began in 2020 when its founder started roasting beans in a wok over an open fire, later completing an SCA roasting course in 2021. The operation still roasts only one or two days a month, supplying local Leiden cafes Roka Delicious Food, 't Suppiershuysinge and Oogst.
