Familia Marí Mayans has distilled Ibicencan spirits since Juan Marí Mayans founded the business in 1880, and the family still runs its distillery from an industrial estate in Sant Antoni de Portmany. Beyond its flagship hierbas ibicencas, the house also bottles absenta, frígola and a house gin line built on the same century-old recipes.
