Friendly Shoe Shop runs its own on-site workshop with more than 40 artisans cutting and stitching leather shoes and bags to measure, rather than sending orders out to third-party makers. The shop has worked in Hoi An for over fifteen years, building a line of named signature styles alongside its custom commissions.
