Brothers Julian and Patrick Alm opened their roastery in 2024, continuing a family trading history that traces back to 1881, and roast green beans sourced through transparent trade relationships in small batches on an energy-efficient Loring roaster. Their coffee is served at two affiliated Konvent cafés in the old town, one in the Aegidienviertel and one near the cathedral, where filter and espresso blends are brewed to order.
