Ginban Shuzo (Ginban Sake Brewery)

Ginban has brewed sake for more than a century in Ogiu, a district of Kurobe fed by snowmelt water flowing off the Tateyama mountains. The brewery mills its own rice and keeps a retail shop on site where visitors can taste and buy the finished sake directly.
