Glen Aine Foods cures and cooks Limerick ham from its plant in Knocklong, sourcing pork from Bord Bia-approved farms and continuing the county's historic "Pigtown" bacon-curing trade. Its Limerick Ham Co. range spans traditional, honey and clove, and smoked gammon, and has picked up awards at the Great Taste Awards and Blas na hEireann.
