Grace Wine has grown and vinified grapes in the Katsunuma and Akeno vineyards for four generations, focusing on single-vineyard bottlings of the native Koshu grape rather than winery tourism. Its second-floor tasting shop uses Enomatic dispensers so visitors can sample small pours of wines made by an in-house team of sommeliers and viticulturists.
