Guan Heong has baked meat-floss, Hawaiian and salted-bean biscuits in Ipoh since 1918, making it the oldest biscuit shop still trading in the town under its founding name. Its tau sar piah and dried-meat pastries are sold from the original Ipoh premises and a newer Genting Highlands branch.
