Hakubotan Shuzo

Hakubotan has brewed on Saijo Sake Brewery Street since 1675, making it one of the oldest houses in the district with a roughly 350-year history. Its umakuchi style is slightly sweet with a clean finish, built on in-house rice milling, its own brewing water and careful koji making.
