Hakutsuru Sake Brewing

Hakutsuru brews in Nada, the Hyogo district responsible for a large share of Japan's sake, and runs a working museum built around a preserved Edo-period brewhouse in Higashinada-ku. The attached shop sells unpasteurized draft sake and sake-based sweets alongside the brewery's core lineup.
