HGT華剛茶業 traces its tea-growing roots to 1918 and is now run by a fifth generation of the same family from its Huagang processing factory at 2,500 meters elevation in the Lishan high-mountain tea region. The company was named the Michelin Guide's first global high-mountain tea partner, and it processes its own oolong harvests on site rather than buying leaf from brokers.
