Idaho Candy Company

Founded in 1901 by T.O. Smith, this downtown factory-store still turns out the Idaho Spud bar, a cocoa-dusted marshmallow center rolled in coconut, alongside Owyhee butter toffee and Cherry Cocktail chews. Production runs on the original South 8th Street site where the recipes have changed little in over a century.
