Ide Sake Brewery (Kai no Kaiun)

The only sake brewery among the Fuji Five Lakes, brewing its 'Kai no Kaiun' label from Mount Fuji's soft spring water in a machiya cellar at Kawaguchi. Alongside the sake it now runs the Fuji Hokuroku whisky distillery and pours umeshu, with tastings at its Sakaboshi shop.
