Naiku-mae, Ise
Iseman is the only sake brewery still operating in the Ise-Shima region, distilling shochu and craft spirits alongside sake at its Naiku-mae brewery near the inner shrine of Ise Jingu. Its long-running shochu Konen has stayed in continuous production for more than thirty years, alongside newer releases such as Ise Gin.
