Jinpin Sauce Garden (金品醬園)

Jinpin Sauce Garden, based in Hualien's Fenglin township, is credited by a regional heritage-brand archive as the originator of the peeled pickled chili (剝皮辣椒) that became one of Hualien's signature preserved foods, a recipe traced to founder Chen Cheng-shih. The shop still bottles the chili as a packaged condiment sold as a county souvenir.
