Kasbah des Roses

Run by the Hevea laboratory, this family operation distills rose water and essential oil each May from Rosa damascena grown in the surrounding valley, needing roughly 375 flowers for a single litre. Its year-round boutique carries Ecocert-certified floral waters, rose enfleurage and dried buds, while the restored kasbah doubles as a guesthouse for the family that farms the roses.
