Kepler Confisserie Austria makes planet-shaped pralines named for Johannes Kepler, the astronomer who worked out his laws of planetary motion during more than a decade spent in Linz. Chocolatier Kurt Wöß hand-produces every batch without artificial preservatives or colorants, and proceeds fund the Keplerforum association's work preserving Kepler's Linz legacy.
