Set on the Ring of Kerry road out of Killarney with views toward the MacGillycuddy's Reeks, this brewery and distillery calls itself the largest independent operation of its kind in Ireland. Its visitor centre and shop sell the house beers alongside the Red Earl and Great Earl Irish whiskeys produced on site.
