Litchfield Distillery

This family-run craft distillery on Bantam Road batches vodka, gin, and its Straight Bourbon and rye whiskeys, sourcing wheat, corn, and barley from Northwest Connecticut farms under the motto "They do the growing. We do the batching." It has marked over a decade of production with anniversary cask-strength and Founders' Reserve bottlings and runs its own tours and tastings on site.
