Two friends - one raised on Lofoten's seaweed-covered shoreline, the other trained in Japanese cooking - founded Lofoten Seaweed in Napp to harvest wild seaweed from Arctic waters. Their range turns that harvest into pantry products such as seaweed-infused dark chocolate, built around the archipelago's tang and kelp.
