Longquan Sword Factory (浙江省龙泉市宝剑厂)

This state-recognized Chinese Time-Honored Brand traces its roots to 1956, when the Longquan County Sword Production Group was formed to continue a local swordsmithing tradition that historians date back more than 2,600 years. Master craftsman Zhang Yesheng, a designated Zhejiang Arts & Crafts Master, still forges blades on site at a factory that doubles as a national industrial-tourism site.
