Minrong traces its jasmine scenting to the Da Jing Tea House opened in Fuzhou in 1905, and its founder Wang Dexing is a recognised inheritor of the city's traditional scenting technique. The company grows jasmine and tea on its own Fujian gardens and sells graded loose teas such as the Wu Fu Wu Yin and Zhen Bao Qi Yin series.
