Mlekarna Planika processes milk from Soča valley farms into Tolminc, the protected mountain cheese named for the neighboring region, and runs its own retail market in Kobarid selling the cheese alongside honey and other local foods. The shop keeps a self-serve milk dispenser so customers can refill their own containers straight from the dairy.
