Master hatter Graham Thompson makes bespoke fedoras, homburgs, and Panama hats by hand at Optimo's South Side workshop, blocking and finishing each felt or straw hat to a client's measurements. The studio, set in a former Beverly firehouse, continues a Chicago custom-hat lineage Thompson inherited from mentor Johnny Tyus.
