Overeem Whisky

Casey Overeem began distilling as a hobbyist before founding what became a landmark of Tasmania's modern whisky revival, releasing his first single malt under the original Old Hobart Distillery name in 2012. The label passed out of family hands in 2014 and returned in 2020 when his daughter Jane and her husband Mark Sawford bought it back, continuing the house style of port, sherry and bourbon cask-finished single malts.
