Pasticceria Savia

Facing the Villa Bellini gardens on Via Etnea, Savia has fried arancini and layered Sicilian sweets since 1897, and is widely credited with the granita-and-brioche breakfast that defines the city's mornings. The counters run to cannoli filled to order, cassata, minne di Sant'Agata and marzipan fruit alongside savory rusticana.
