Founded in 2007 and grown from a stall at the Calgary Farmers' Market, Phil & Sebastian roasts single-origin and blended coffees sourced through long-term relationships with growers. It runs several Calgary cafes and sells filter, espresso, and decaf beans plus brewing gear and classes.
