The Rausch family has made chocolate in Berlin since 1918, and its three-storey Schokoladenhaus on Gendarmenmarkt presents more than 200 pralines, truffles and bars built from single-origin cacao. Now in its fifth generation, the house sources beans directly from growers under a 'tree to door' approach.
