This Noble Street microbrewery cans small batches of pale ale, golden ale, lager and IPA by hand, using minimal filtration so the yeast stays in for body and flavour. It takes its name from Knysna's century-old Red Bridge and runs a taproom and beer garden alongside the production floor under ownership that took over the 2013-founded brewery in 2019.
