Ride 4 a Woman

This women's cooperative in the Buhoma community at the edge of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest weaves traditional baskets from grasses gathered in the forest and runs tailoring and sewing workshops. Visitors sit with expert weavers to make their own basket, and sales of the crafts fund education and support for local women.
