Shri Mishrilal has operated from Sardar Market's Girdikot gate since 1927, when its founder first sold rabdi and ghee kachori under a British trading license. His son later invented the shop's signature makhaniya lassi around 1960, a cardamom-and-kewda thickened lassi still made fresh daily by the fourth generation.
