Sothy's Pepper Farm

Sothy's is a family-run pepper farm on the Kep pepper route near Kampot, hand-harvesting and sun-drying green, black, red and white PGI Kampot pepper across roughly 25,000 square meters of hillside to produce about six tons a year. The farm runs entirely on solar power and gives free 30-minute guided tours with tastings plus Cambodian cooking classes.
